Personal Evaluation

There are room for improvement in several Program Outcomes, namely PO4, PO6 and PO9. I am required to work harder on the statistic materials and research on more findings to help with my progress in order to improve my weakness of PO4. Besides, I shall take more initiative to be leader and attend some leadership courses or activity to enhance my leadership skills in order to improve the weakness of PO9. As majority of my projects did not take into consideration of project, societal, health, safety, legal, economical and cultural issues until I was introduced to these issues in Managing Project for Success module. I will be taking these parameter into consideration for my future projects.
